It's West End Workout's 5th Anniversary! 'Be Our Guest' at this special weekend retreat, celebrating everything WEW and what it has become. We pride ourselves on the classes we offer and, perhaps more importantly, the friendships and memories made. Whether you've been with us from the start, or joined along our journey, we'd love to spend some quality time together, marking the occasion. Set in beautiful Essex countryside, this 4* hotel is a Grade II Listed 17th Century manor house which has been lovingly restored.

Boasting an impressive 300+ sqm ‘Garden Suite’, this light, bright room with wooden floor and garden views is the perfect space to accommodate our day of classes and workshops.

CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Arrive from 9:30am on Saturday for tea/coffee refreshments and a warm welcome!

From 10:00am we kick off a full day of classes and workshops (check out the full programme via the link below) Not quite as intense as our marathon ‘Day of Dance’, these sessions are less about the sweat, more about the giggles! You're welcome to dip in and out, taking part in as much as you please.

PAMPER YOURSELF

Kick back and relax, making use of the spa facilities, including 20m indoor pool, jacuzzi hot tub, steam room, sauna, relaxation areas & fitness suite. We've worked some dedicated 'spa time' into our programme but you're welcome to use the spa facilities throughout the duration of our stay.

Spa Opening Hours: 6am - 10pm (relaxation rooms open 9am - 6.30pm)

A full range of treatments are also available, though not included - please contact the hotel to arrange (bookings in advance only)

ROOMS

With twin sharing or single occupancy options available, these elegant and individually designed ensuite bedrooms combine opulent furnishing with modern and traditional textiles. Free Wi-Fi, Room Service, Smart TV and complimentary water, tea and coffee are provided.

Rooms are available from check in at 2pm until check out at 11am.

SAFE TRAVELS

Sunday morning breakfast is served from 8:00 - 10:00am. You'll have another chance to use the hotel facilities before checkout at 11.00am.

The rest of the day is yours - if anyone isn't rushing home, we recommend teaming up for a visit to nearby Chelmsford (15 minute drive away) for Central Park / River Walk, Shopping, Chelmsford Cathedral, Museums, Lunch/Afternoon Tea!

We ask that guests make their own room sharing arrangements before booking.

Single Occupancy (Single Room)

£345 (£70 suppliment)

£100 deposit to secure your booking, remaining balance to be paid by 1st Feb 2024

Spaces are limited to 40 guests total.
We have reserved 18 twin rooms (36 people) and 10 single rooms.
We're encouraging guests to make your own room sharing arrangements (we'd rather not have to decide who to buddy up!) however, everyone can book and pay individually. Double occupancy bookings will just be asked to give the name of their room buddy on the booking form.
All class members, past and present are welcome.
Priority booking will be given to our class members, however, the invite will be extended to non-members should any spaces remain by mid January.
Unfortunately, due to capacity restrictions, we are unable to offer a 'day only' option.

WINE, DINE & PARTY TIME!

After some well-earned chill out time, our 'Musicals' themed fancy dress evening starts with a 3 course dinner (pre-order set menu) followed by some games and evening entertainment (TBA). Party 'til late or pop off for an early night, whatever you fancy.
