Membership Terms: Our Membership is a fixed, 12 month payment plan, designed to make it easy to enjoy classes consistently throughout the year while offering great value. Membership Cost The membership is £36 per month for 12 months (£432 in total). What You Get Purchasing this membership guarantees your space in all 36 classes across the year. You will be booked onto all classes/courses by a member of our team, receiving a confirmation email for each. How Payments Work Payments are taken automatically each month using the card details you provide when signing up. By choosing this Membership, you are committing to a fixed 12-month payment plan. At the End of the Year Your membership does not automatically renew after the 12 months. If you’d like to continue attending classes, you’re welcome to purchase a new membership when the next term begins. Missed Classes If you’re unable to attend a class, unfortunately missed classes cannot be refunded or carried over, as your space has been reserved for you. However, we may offer some alternative options where possible — please see our Missing a Class page for more information: https://www.westendworkout.co.uk/missingclass Course Breaks & Holidays Classes run as 6-week courses throughout the year, with short breaks in between courses. These breaks are already factored into the annual membership structure, and class dates generally follow local school term-time calendars. If a Payment Fails If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll notify you and give you two weeks to update your payment details or complete the payment. If we’re unable to collect payment within this time, your membership will automatically end, and any outstanding balance will need to be settled separately. Rejoining After Cancellation If your membership ends due to a missed payment, you’re very welcome to join again at the start of the next term.
